You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click Submit at the end of the ordering process.
* Payments

All prices quoted are in Sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 17.5%. In order to simplify prices, we charge exactly the same price to all overseas customers and, in the case of customers outside the European Economic Community, who would not be liable for VAT, we allow for the fact you are paying the same price for the goods by reducing the carriage charges to compensate.
* Delivery charges

Delivery for mainland UK orders under £50 is £1.00 per item. All mainland UK orders over £50 are delivered post FREE. Delivery for continental Europe is £1.50 per item and for the Rest of the World is £2.50 per item. * Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s).
* Delivery times

We will despatch your order as soon as payment has been authorised. Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
* Cancellations & Refunds

You have a legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt. If you wish to cancel an order please phone Stretch Learning on +44 (0)1491 822689 or send us an email at orders@stretchlearning.com. Please note that you are obliged to return the items in a re-saleable condition within 14 days and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering these items. We can then arrange for your refund to be processed (this may take up to 30 days).
